Union introduction

The Trade Union Committee of Qinhe Energy Group was established in May 2004, with 10 grassroots trade unions. There are 7906 members, including 1163 female members. In April 2015, the third trade union committee, fund review committee and women workers committee were elected. The trade union committee has 1 chairman, 1 vice chairman and 13 committee members. The review committee has 1 director and 12 committee members. The Women’s Working Committee has 1 director and 12 committee members. The company and its affiliated companies have 37 union officials and 144 union staff.

 

For many years, the labor union of Qinhe Company has focused on the center of "safety and stability", and has worked hard in unity. It has successively won the national advanced unit of corporate culture construction, the five-star grass-roots trade union of Shanxi Province, the five-star workers’ congress, and the five-star competition. Units, Jincheng Five-star Trade Union, Five-star Workers’ Congress, Advanced Unit of Collective Consultation on Wages at County and City Level, and Top Ten Grassroots Trade Unions in the County, etc.
