Environmental impact assessment public participation in the second public announcement
According to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment Order No. 4 "Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment", the relevant information on "Qinhe Energy Group Co., Ltd. Yonghong Coal Mine Second Level (No. 15 Coal Seam) Extension Project" is announced as follows:
(1) Internet links to the full text of the draft environmental impact report for comments and the methods and channels for accessing the paper report
