In the process of stoping at the 3112 fully mechanized working face of Duan’s Mine, the roof failed to collapse in time, and the end of the roof was overhanging. According to the traditional blasting technology, the roof was forced to crow. Affect production time.
To this end, Duanshi Mine established a special research team, after many discussions and research, decided to change the roofing technology, using hydraulic fracturing technology. In the absence of successful experience in the surrounding area, Duanshi Mine boldly innovated and tried first.
Since the start of the work in April, the Duanshi Mine has adopted the principle of cost-saving and on-site materials, and originally used the anchor cable drill for construction, but during the construction process, it was found that the roof collapsed and the effect was not good. The mine tried many times and repeatedly searched for problems and optimized the construction process. After peeping through the drilling, it was discovered that the drilling was not well supported and the sealing was not tight because the drilling rig was not firmly supported. Later, it was changed to a pneumatic drilling rig for construction. After nearly a month of joint efforts, the hydraulic fracturing caving test was successful.
It is understood that this technology has outstanding advantages in comprehensive disaster control technology and significant economic benefits. It is the first case in the Qinshui area and has a broad application prospect.
