On December 30, the special training and study meeting of Qinhe Company's "Criteria for the Determination of Hidden Hazards in Coal Mines" was held in the conference room on the second floor. The study meeting was designed to further enhance the company's production system personnel's judgment and awareness of major coal mine accidents. The company's executive vice president Zhao Xijun, chief engineer Wang Guoqiang, and vice president of mechanical and electrical engineering Sha Haiting served as the lecturers. Through rich field practical experience and solid theoretical foundation, the new requirements and new changes put forward by the "new standard" were more clear , A more thorough and specific case is analyzed and explained.

　　This revision is a revision of the current "Standards for the Determination of Hidden Hazards in Major Coal Mine Production Safety Accidents" (formerly the State Administration of Work Safety Order No. 85) organized by the State Administration of Coal Mine Safety Supervision on May 18, 2020. The draft opinion was formally announced on November 20th by the Ministry of Emergency Management Order No. 4 "Standards for the Determination of Hidden Hazards in Coal Mines". The main purpose is to adhere to result-oriented and problem-oriented, and aim at the goal of controlling major risks and preventing major accidents. In response to the problems exposed in coal mine accidents in recent years and the deficiencies found in supervision and law enforcement, supplements, improvements and adjustments have been made. The revised "New Standards" still maintains the "Special Provisions of the State Council on Prevention of Coal Mine Production Safety Accidents" (State Council Order No. 446). From the original 65 items to 80 items. Among them, 16 items were added, 45 items were deleted, merged, modified and improved, and 20 items were not modified.
