In order to improve the utilization rate of domestic sewage and reduce the cost of electricity bills, the mine's electromechanical science and technology team brainstormed to reuse domestic sewage.

"Knock help to ask the top" is a work that must be done in underground mining and production operations. Recently, the Nakamura Coal Mine's first-line mining team used waste picks, steel pipes, anchor rods, and steel bars to design and produce special tools for knocking on the top. The series of tools are designed in a variety of models to suit all areas of the front line; and have the characteristics of simple and reliable structure, low cost, and convenient use. They can enable employees to choose different tools according to the on-site operating environment to achieve safe and effective "knock help and ask the top". At present, it has been promoted and applied in the whole mine, further improving work efficiency and operating safety factor, and has been widely praised by employees.

In order to solve the problems of cumbersome welding steps of the hanging device, waste materials and troublesome on-site operation, Jiuxin Mine’s Electrical and Mechanical Services decided to cut the used bolts to a length of 40cm and used 30cm waste belts to punch holes for hanging. It has been put into use when the pipeline from the mining area sump to the main sump is suspended. Compared with the original, the toughness is increased, the inconvenience of use is solved, and the cost is greatly saved. Each hanging device can save 150 yuan in material costs. Up to now, 300 hanging devices have been completed, which can save 45,000 in material costs. yuan.

Polyurethane is used for the sealing of water exploration and drainage holes in Houcun Mine, due to the many polyurethane sealing techniques and high cost. The mine started to use loess to seal holes in February of this year. After many field experiments, it successfully realized that some of the boreholes were sealed with loess, which met the sealing standards. 　　The loess hole sealing operation is simple and convenient, and the cost of a single hole has dropped by 128.2 yuan compared with the previous one. As of the end of April, a total of 19358.2 yuan has been saved. The successful implementation of this process not only increased the hole sealing process of the mine, but also played a role in energy saving, consumption reduction, cost reduction and efficiency enhancement.

Underground drilling in coal mines is one of the important methods for mine water control. During drilling in the 3104 recovery area of ​​Yong'an Coal Mine, the tail and the drill pipe were often stuck in the tail of the water exploration rig during the drilling process, and the pipe clamp could not lock the tail. As a result, the drill pipe could not be replaced on site. To effectively improve this situation, the mine exploration and release team modified the tail of the drill, adding welding points on the surface of the tail, expanding the bearing surface of the tail, facilitating underground disassembly, effectively saving construction time and improving The construction progress was completed.
